Paid plans and credit packs
Paid plans and credit packs come with a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Paid checkout isn't open yet; this window applies from the day it goes live.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase and the purchase date. We reply within three business days.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by writing to the same address. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
Free credits
Free daily credits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.
