Acceptable use policy
Use ExtendAI Video for lawful, consensual creative work. The following content and conduct are not allowed.
Sexual and exploitative content
Do not upload, prompt for, create, extend, enhance, or upscale pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW material. This includes nudity, sexual acts, sexualized imagery, fetish content, and attempts to disguise those requests as artistic, fictional, educational, or private work.
Any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor, or a person who appears to be a minor, is strictly prohibited. We may preserve and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Non-consensual identity use
Do not create deceptive deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, or intimate imagery of a real person without that person's clear permission. Do not use another person's face, voice, name, likeness, or personal information to harass them, mislead others, commit fraud, or falsely suggest an endorsement.
Violence, abuse, and self-harm
Do not use the service to create graphic illegal violence, credible threats, instructions that facilitate violent wrongdoing, abuse, torture, or content that encourages suicide, self-harm, or dangerous challenges. Documentary or newsworthy context does not permit instructions or material designed to enable harm.
Harassment and hateful content
Do not create targeted harassment, bullying, doxxing, or content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, or violence against people based on protected characteristics. Coordinated abuse and repeated attempts to target an individual are also prohibited.
Illegal, deceptive, and infringing material
Do not submit content that violates the law, facilitates fraud or scams, interferes with an investigation, or depicts illegal exploitation. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every video, image, audio track, trademark, character, and other protected material you upload or ask the service to continue.
Platform abuse
Do not bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, share access for evasion purposes, or attempt to defeat safety checks. Do not use generated media to spread malware, manipulate civic participation, fabricate evidence, or misrepresent material facts in a harmful way.
How we enforce this policy
We screen submissions and may reject or stop a job, remove a result, limit or block access, suspend an account, or preserve information needed to investigate a violation. Serious or legally reportable activity may be referred to relevant service providers or authorities. Credits used for prohibited requests are not returned.
Automated screening can make mistakes. If you believe a lawful request was rejected incorrectly, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to review the decision. Do not attach prohibited material to your email.
