Product support
For a failed or stuck job, email [email protected]. Include the job ID, source type, file format, approximate duration, and the exact error shown on screen. Please do not attach the original video or image unless we ask for a secure transfer.
Privacy and deletion
For deletion, retention, share-link, or other data questions, contact [email protected]. If you have one, include the relevant job ID or unlisted share link so we can locate the record.
Partnerships
For model providers, storage services, creator software, or sponsorships, write to [email protected]. Briefly describe what you offer and how it would help people extend video more reliably.
Before you send a message
- Never include an API key, password, or other secret.
- For a bug, send the visible error and job ID rather than a large media attachment.
- For a privacy request, use the email address that should receive the reply.
